FAQ for Buyers

Do you save our payment and credit card information?

No. All payment and credit card transactions are made through third party companies such as PayPal and Stripe.

How do I know the vendor I'm purchasing a product through is trustworthy and I won't lose my money?

Protecting our buyers and vendors are instamal’s top priority. We help protect our buyers by using a safe guard system against fraudulent sellers. To do this, Instamal takes all payments and will release the payment to the vendor ONLY when the buyers confirms shipment and product quality. If the shipment doesn’t arrive in a reasonable time or the product is not as described in the product description, then the money will be returned to the buyer.

Do you offer free shipping?

Because Instamal is a multi vendor site, shipping charges will depend on the vendor. However, most products sold by Instamal will have free shipping.

FAQ for Vendors

How do I set up a vendor account?

You can set up a vendor account by clicking on “start selling” at the top of Instamal.com’s homepage.

Do you charge a fee for selling products on Instamal.com?

Yes. However, we have some of the lowest fees compared to similar multi vendor sites. We take a 2% + 35 cents for each transaction.

What do I need to recieve my payments from Instamal.com?

In order to receive payment from Instamal.com, You will need to have a PayPal account. In your vendor dashboard you can input your PayPal email address so you can receive your payments. Instamal automatically sends payment to vendors every week, however, if you need your payment sooner, special exceptions can be made.
